Blues Traveler Celebrates 20 Years With Tour, Collection

New York, NY (CNS) - Followers of Blue Traveler could hardly ask for a better 'thank-you' present: on top of hitting the road for a 31-city tour, the band will release a collection of alternate takes - all of which were selected by fans themselves.

In celebration of their 20th anniversary, Blues Traveler embarks on their lengthy domestic tour on October 6th, at New Orleans' House of Blues. "Cover Yourself," a collection of acoustic takes on greatest hits, will hit stores on October 30th. Enthusiasts of Blues Traveler made-up the album's track list by voting for their favorites on the band's web site.

G Love makes a guest appearance on the collection, which was recorded in Austin and produced by Spoon's Jim Eno.
