Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - When leaving a room, there is one line many budding 'terminators' or film buffs use to announce their departure: "I'll be back."
According to myfilms.com, the Arnold Schwarzenegger line from the original "Terminator" film is the most popular movie quote used by people in everyday life.
The film website asked over 2,000 people to list their favorite lines, which have become some of the most famous phrases in the world.
Rhett Butler, from "Gone With The Wind", spoke the second most popular line when he said, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." In the third position, sci-fi fans spoke loudly again by announcing, "Beam me up, Scotty," to be one of the most popular.
A Myfilms.com representative said, "Our research shows the huge influence films have over people, from life-changing experiences to the way we speak."
Other classic lines that made an appearance in the top ten were "Star Wars'" "My the force be with you." Sally Fields line, "Life is like a box of chocolates," from "Forrest Gump" and Robert De Niro's signature line, "You talking to me?" from "Taxi Driver".
But it wasn't just old school classics that made an appearance. Cuba Gooding Jr's, "Show me the money" from Cameron Crowe's "Jerry Maguire", and "Nobody puts baby in the corner," from cult-favorite "Dirty Dancing" also received a mention.
