Walldorf, Germany (AHN) - SAP's troubled TomorrowNow unit could be headed for the auction block as the CEO and other top executives of the German company have resigned, reports said Tuesday.

TomorrowNow CEO Andrew Nelson will leave the company facing a lawsuit from Redwood City, Calif.-based business software maker Oracle, as well as a Justice Department investigation.

In March, Oracle charged the SAP unit used employee login information to take material later used to sell support services to Oracle customers. SAP is slated to appear in court next year.
