November 22, 2007 4:29 p.m. EST Anne Lu - Celebrity News Service News Writer London, England (CNS) - After singing a country version of her song at the American Music Awards last weekend, R&B superstar Beyonce is now venturing into a new album of country and western songs. The "Irreplaceable" singer has decided to embark on the idea straight on after experimenting with it at the AMA's. She has enlisted the help of award winning songwriter Amanda Ghost for the project. Ghost is the brain behind James' Blunts "You're Beautiful" and Shakira's recent chart-topper "Beautiful Liar." "Beyonce wants to try something completely different. She's a fan of country music and thought that would be an interesting and exciting way to go," a source says. "She tested the water at the American Music Awards and she is up for it. She contacted Amanda early this week and she is going over to work with her on it."
