London, England (AHN) - Ebay announced that more than a million gifts have been offered for sale and as an opportunity to be re-gifted.

Among those putting their unwanted gifts up for sale is Ayesha Johnson, 23, of London, who is selling a pair of Prada shoes given to her by her brother worth $602.

"I hate them. They are old-fashioned court shoes, a style I'd never wear," said Ayesha.

But Richard Kanareck, of eBay says there is nothing wrong with selling some unwanted gifts.

Re-homing a present means it will find a new owner who will really appreciate it," said Kanareck.
