February 7, 2008 8:32 p.m. EST Norman Vergara - AHN Sports Writer Phoenix, AZ (AHN) - Federal authorities have detained a restaurateur for allegedly threatening to cause a shooting rampage in last week's Super Bowl XLII at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. In a manifesto released to media outlets on Sunday, Kurt William Havelock detailed his plan to cause havoc to the public, saying how he would "shed the blood of the innocent." Authorities said Havelock, who was found carrying an AR-15 rifle with 200 rounds while he parked near the stadium on Sunday, gave a second thought and eventually scrapped his plan. The Tempe resident was reportedly upset because his liquor license for his establishment was denied. "How many dollars will you lose? And all because you took my right to own a business from me," the manifesto said. The 35-year-old Havelock, who turned himself in on Monday, is currently under the authorities' custody and cannot post bail because of the nature of the offense.
