Gene Simmons Dismisses New Sex Tape

Beverly Hills, CA (CNS) - A new sex tape featuring a blonde model and Gene Simmons have emerged, which the Kiss Bassist has dismissed immediately as a thing "from his past."

The sex video shows Simmons in various sexual positions with a woman named "Elsa." It had first appeared on GenesSecret.com, which has already been closed down.

According to Internet reports, the 58-year-old rocker and "Elsa" had met while working for a promo for an energy drink.

In response, Simmons has posted a message on his website saying:

"You may have heard or seen garbage that has sprung up from my past. Rest assured the proper legal team is looking at all ramifications and options."

"And us? Shannon, Nick and Soph are happy and healthy."

Simmons adds: "All is well."

Simmons currently lives with his longtime partner, Shannon Tweed, a former Playboy Playmate. 'Nick and Soph' are their children, Nicholas, born in 1989, and Sophie, born in 1992.
