New York, NY (CNS) - Whoopi Goldberg gets a little emotional Monday morning after after 'The View' co-hosts pointed out that she was left out of an Oscars montage.

"Where were you?" asked Joy Behar. The montage that was shown on the 80th Annual Academy Awards was tableau of Oscar great moments from its past shows.

The 52-year-old Goldberg remarked that Steve Martin, who had hosted the awards show twice in 2001 and 2003, was also left out. Barbara Walters then said that Goldberg had been featured in another montage for Oscar winners.

"Undoubtedly, I pissed somebody off once again," Goldberg said.

Walters was quick to reply to the emotional co-host, "We think you're a great host."

"This makes up for it," Goldberg said. She then walked around the table and give each women a kiss.

Goldberg had received two Academy Award nominations for 'The Color Purple' and 'The Ghost.' She was the first African-American to win Best Supporting Actress for her role as a clairvoyant in 'The Ghost' in 1990 and the first African-American woman to host the Academy Awards.
