London, England (CNS) - Wonderbra will have a new face and body come September 2008. The lingerie company has recruited Dita Von Teese to design three vintage style themes. The collection will be released in Britain this fall. Von Teese's inspiration stems from her love of vintage underwear and 1940's lingerie. She will be Wonderbra's first exclusive celebrity guest designer.

"I've been passionate about beautiful lingerie my entire life, so to team up with Wonderbra, a brand that is known for undergarments of exceptional quality and beauty is a great privilege for me, and I am immensely proud of the collection," she said on her website.

"I really hope that with this new range I can share my passion for sensual, wearable lingerie that will add a touch of glamour to people's everyday lives."

The "Queen of Burlesque" will also create a limited-edition Wonderbra design especially for Victoria's Secret called "Wonderbra by Dita Von Teese."

Endorsements have been keeping the 35-year-old Michigan native busy this last year. Von Teese did a lingerie campaign for Fredericks of Hollywood last winter. She is currently in a two year contract with Cointreau. She performs a "Be Cointreauversial" live burlesque show in London. Von Teese is also a spokesperson for PETA.

"Dita oozes glamour and understands how to make women feel sexy - she was a natural fit for the Wonderbra brand," said Debbie Rix, Wonderbra European Marketing Director in a press release. "We're thrilled to partner with Dita; the collection truly does capture her essence and that of our brand."
