Reese Witherspoon Admits To Stomping And Sneaking Trash

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Reese Witherspoon is obsessed with trash. The 'Legally Blonde' actress admits to Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show that she is so fixated with being so clean and tidy, her son calls her "The Mommy Trash Compactor."

"I'm very obsessed with the trash. I like to throw a lot of things away, particularly at Christmas. It makes me a little crazy when the trash is over flowing."

"I put on rubber boots and I literally get into the trash can and I stomp on the trash."

The 31-year-old actress admits not only to stomping but also to sneaking on their neighbor's trash bins.

"Sometimes I'll sneak and look at the neighbor's garbage cans and see if it's kind of empty. I'll wait, literally until the middle of the night when the children are asleep, and I'll take my extra garbage and I'll put it in the can."

Witherspoon has two children from her marriage to ex-husband Ryan Philippe named Ava Elizabeth and Decon Reese.
