Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Miley Cyrus to the rescue! The pop star and her father, Billy Ray, helped rescue a lost dog in Los Angeles recently. So now the "Hannah Montana" star does have the best of both worlds - average person and super hero.

According to People.com, Cyrus and her father found a lost dog near their home and played with the pup until it was reunited with its owner.

In addition to being a puppy rescuer, Cyrus presented at the Oscars, is working on a new studio album, is hosting the CMT Awards and is shooting the third season of the Disney show "Hannah Montana."

Don't be surprised if you also see the 15-year-old teen sensation pop up on the show "Heroes" also. And what would she be playing? Herself - a superhero - of course.
