Rep Declares Rumors That Katie Holmes Designing For Armani Are Untrue

Hollywood, CA (CNS) - A rep for Giorgio Armani told Access Hollywood that reports that Katie Holmes, the wife and follower of Tom Cruise, is designing a new line for Armani are untrue. Rumors were circulating that Holmes would be designing a swanky kids line that would be inspired by their two-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise.

The Armani rep told Access, "The reports of a collection designed by Katie Holmes for Giorgio Armani are untrue."

A rep for the actress stated, "Katie Holmes is not designing a children's line for Giorgio Armani."

Holmes' reps also had to debunk rumors that Holmes would be designing a line for an Italian label that would include children's cloths.

Holmes and Cruise have been good friends with designer Giorgio Armani for several years. Armani designed Holmes' wedding gown and also designs her dresses for most of her red carpet events.

The story was originally reported by OK! magazine. The magazine says that they are sticking by the story and the source.
