Singer Brandy Denies Non-Payment Of Gardening Bill

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Singer and actress, Brandy is responding to a legal claim filed by her former landscape gardener alleging that she did not pay her $3,576 bill. Brandy, whose real name is Brandy Norwood, claims that she never received the bill because it was sent to the wrong address.

Raymond Soriano Landscape filed documents in the Los Angeles court claiming the star owed the company for unspecified "landscaping expenses" for work that the company completed at her property between July 2007 and February 2008.

Brandy's rep Courtney Barnes says, "Brandy's business manager moved offices and never received any of the bills in question. The landscaper has now been paid and we expect that the lawsuit will be immediately dropped."
