Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - The Fox show "Bones" will return in April and feature guest appearances by former "American Idol" contestants Ace Young and Brandon Rogers. The two singers will appear in one episode as talent-night contestants at a local eatery.
When viewers last saw "Bones," forensic investigator Temperance "Bones" Brennan, played by Emily Deschanel and FBI agent Seeley Booth, played by David Boreanaz, had uncovered murderers, cannibals, '60s radicals and S & M cults, through serial killer Gormogon remained at large.
Meanwhile, Angela Montenegro, played by Michaela Conlin, searched for her husband in order to procure a hasty divorce in order to marry Jack Hodgins, played by T.J. Thyne.
Because the producers are facing an abbreviated schedule, they are focusing on paying off big plotlines. The Gormogon story has a shocking and unexpected finale according to executive producer Hart Hanson.
And Angela does finally find her husband, although "merry mix-ups will ensue."
Hanson said he also hopes to shoot some in England with former guest star Stephen Fry and some still un-booked British talent.
"Bones" returns April 14 on FOX at 8/7c.
