50 Cent Sued By Son's Mother For Trying To Evict Them

New York, NY (CNS) - 50 Cent's son's mom is suing him for attempting to evict them. Shaniqua Tompkins claims the rapper is trying to kick her and their 10-year-old son Marquis from their Long Island home in New York.

According to the court papers filed in Manhattan, the woman accuses the 32-year-old rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, of breach of contract. Tompkins says 50 Cent had promised to buy her and Marquis a $2.4 million house. He had put the house under his name.

The former couple lived together for four years until their split in 2001. This is the second time the two had disputed over in court.

Just this February, Tompkins tried to increase 50 Cent's child support payments to $50,000 but the judge ruled for just $6,700 a month.

A source close to the rapper explains his ex-lover and their son lives with her new lover in the house the rapper is paying for. "So he's paying double for housing. She's supposed to be finding separate housing for her new family, and she hasn't, and that's why [they're] in the situation [they're] in."
