Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Season 7 contestant Ramiele Malubay was voted off "American Idol" last week, and despite her initial breakdown on the stage, the pint-size singer is happy again and talking about her experience on the singing show and why Dolly Parton week was so hard on her.

Malubay, who stands only 4 feet 11 inches, was by far the smallest of all the contestants but not the youngest. Malubay jokes that although David Archuleta was younger, he insisted on patting her on the head because he was taller.

Malubay said the fans only see the serious side of the performers each week, but that together they are an insane bunch who really enjoyed themselves and each other.

One thing Malubay didn't enjoy - picking a song from the Dolly Parton songbook. The littlest singer said she only knew one Parton song, and had to pick a song she didn't know and then try and make it her own.

Malubay, who worked in a sushi restaurant before landing on the show, says she isn't planning on returning to the restaurant. She said she loves sushi, but "no thanks" to going back to working there.
