"Full House" Star Jodie Sweetin Gives Birth To Baby Girl

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - It's the beginning of a Full House for actress Jodie Sweetin. The former "Full House" child-star gave birth to a baby girl Saturday, and named her Zoie.

Sweetin, 26, delivered the baby via C-section and little Zoie weighed in at 8 pounds 7 ounces. A rep for the actress said Sweetin and her husband are thrilled and in love with the baby.

Sweetin married her husband Cody Herpin, a set designer, in a small Las Vegas ceremony on July 14, 2007. It was her second wedding. She then announced her pregnancy in September after reportedly giving her sonograms to TMZ.com.

In January the actress announced on a Celebrity Baby Blog that her due date was April 6 and that she was expecting a girl.
