Lynne Spears Denies Life & Style Interview

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Lynne Spears denies saying she is disappointed with Jamie Lynn. The mother of two famous daughters is denying she was interviewed by tabloid Life & Style about her daughters.

The magazine is claiming they had an "exclusive interview" with Britney's mom on April 20, in which she had allegedly disclosed her true feelings about her 16-year-old daughter's early pregnancy and her older daughter's public collapse.

She had been quoted to say by Life & Style, "Jamie Lynn will be a wonderful mother. She really has a way with children - she's a natural nurturer. I just wish she had waited a bit."

She had also apparently said, "I pray for Britney every day to be a better mother. She's gone through a lot of trauma, but she seems to be coming out of it - and it's showing in her relationship with the boys. They're really bonding."

However, Lynne's representative had informed OK! magazine that the interview was a hoax.

The rep says, "When Lynne Spears is ready to give an interview, I can assure you it will be a true account without speculation as to whether or not she participated."
