Orlando, FL (AHN) - There is no timetable on when Chauncey Billups will return on the floor after suffering a strained right hamstring in Game 3, the Detroit point guard said on Thursday.

Billups was in the Amway Arena for the team's scheduled practice but is scheduled to stay in the trainer's room for further tests. He's not limping although he's not expected to see positive results in time for Saturday's Game 4 against the Orlando Magic.

"Just going to take it one day at a time and see what happens," Billups told the Associated Press. "But it's feeling sore, kind of similar to last night."

Billups got injured in the Pistons' 111-86 defeat on Wednesday, as he got entangled with Magic point guard Jameer Nelson while driving to the basket. The rout trimmed the Pistons' best-of-seven series lead to 2-1.

"I felt a little something," he added. "I'm just hoping it was a strain, what I felt. But I felt something in there. I never really had a hamstring like this before."

If Billups cannot go, the Pistons will start Rodney Stuckey at the point guard slot. He played the rest of Wednesday's game and scored 19 points on 5-of-13 shooting.
