"Medium" Turns Provacative During Season Finale

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Psychic mom Allison Dubois has a new prediction: the season finale of "Medium" will air Monday, May 12. Not even Allison, played by Patricia Arquette, can predict the exciting twists and turns that will end the fourth season, however.

TV Guide talked to "Medium's" executive producer Gordon Caron who termed the conclusion of the season "provocative."

He said that viewers will finally learn whether or not Allison will return to work at the Phoenix DA's office and also find out the real reason behind why Meghan Doyle, played by Kelly Preston, persuading Joe, played by Jake Weber, to form a business partnership.

Caron told TV Guide, "Stuff heats up between Joe and Meghan, which creates a lot of tension at the Dubois house. There are echoes of the movie 'Indecent Proposal.'"

"Indecent Proposal" was the Woody Harrelson, Demi Moore flick in which a billionaire offers a struggling young couple big money for a night with the wife.

TV Guide asked Caron if Joe and Allison will end up broken hearted like Woody and Demi? "I can't tell you everything. If I tell you, there would be no reason to watch," he said.
