May 9, 2008 8:30 p.m. EST Linda Young - AHN Editor White Plains, NY (AHN) - The anti-theft device on a stolen MacBook allowed its White Plains, NY, owner to recover the laptop after thieves stole it. When the woman's MacBook was stolen, she activated the Back To My Mac screen sharing feature, which turned on her webcam and captured photos of the thieves. One of the women's coworkers noticed her computer was online and alerted her. That's when she logged into her computer and activated the iSight feature on her MacBook to find the thieves.
