May 13, 2008 1:54 a.m. EST Windsor Genova - AHN News Writer Wayne County, MI (AHN) - A judge in Michigan saw a teenager's murder of a man and his beheading and burning of the victim's torso as a thrill killing and sentenced the killer to life imprisonment on Monday. According to Clickondetroit.com, Wayne County Circuit Judge Annette Berry told Jean Pierre Orlewicz, 18, of Plymouth Township that she is grateful he will go away for the rest of his life "because in my view I believe you would kill again." Orlewicz stabbed to death Daniel Sorenson, 26, of River Rouge on Nov. 7 and then cut off the victim's head and burned the torso. His lawyer will appeal the verdict saying the killing was in self-defense and the burning was done in panic.
