Pete Wentz Reveals He And Ashlee Simpson Signed A PreNup

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Just like a true celebrity marriage, Pete Wentz reveals that he and new wife Ashlee Simpson have signed a prenuptial agreement.

Speaking to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Tuesday, the Fall Out Boy rocker said, "We have signed a pre-nup."

Perhaps they took a lesson from big sister Jessica's lack of the valuable paper when she married ex-husband Nick Lachey.

The 28-year-old artist also reveals that their honeymoon plans are still on hold for now, saying they've turned their basement into a make-believe private jet.

He said, "We got some blow-up palm trees. A little fake-n-bake tanning booth. We're eating DiGiorno's pizza, getting in that tanning oven every once in a while, it's great."

"It's gonna look like we're on that private jet. We're gonna save that 30 grand, you know."

Dodging the pregnancy issue that has been plaguing the couple, he answered to Seacrest's question about their chosen baby name, "Ryan, this baby has not been confirmed. The only thing I'm confirming now is that we're in the basement on our honeymoon with these blow-up palm trees."
