Jan Westmark - Celebrity News Service Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Last year's "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks has advice for new winner David Cook- get as much sleep as you can. Sparks said since winning the title last year she still hasn't managed to get eight hours of sleep. She also told Cook to enjoy every moment you have. Cook beat out young David Archuleta, a favorite from the beginning, to become the show's seventh winner. Sparks returned to "American Idol" to sing on the finale. Sparks said it was a déj? vu experience for her when Cook won. "I was totally just reliving the moment that I won," she said. Sparks was diplomatic about whether she wanted Rocker David or Young David to win. According to People.com, she said she voted for both of them. "I got to meet both of them and they were so sweet! Both of them are going to be fine. I'm so proud of both of them."
