June 10, 2008 8:13 p.m. EST Jan Westmark - Celebrity News Service Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - VH1 has announced that "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" will return for a second season. The show will follow a group of celebrity patients as they detoxify during a 21-day intensive program at a rehab center in Los Angeles. During their treatment they will get help from Dr. Drew Pinsky and his staff. The celebrities expected to take part in the show are Rodney King, Tawny Kitaen, former Guns 'n' Roses drummer Steven Alder, Sean Stewart (son of Rod), model Amber Smith, former "American Idol" contestant Nikki McKibbin, and - after choosing to leave the show's first season before filming was completed - actor Jeff Conaway. Actor Gary Busey also will participate, joining the cast to talk about his recovery from cocaine addiction. "Over the course of the first season we were inundated with positive feedback about the series from our viewers and those in the rehab community," Jeff Olde, executive vice president of original programming and production for VH1, said in a statement. "Dr. Drew is a powerful, positive force for those seeking recovery."
