Versace, Lamborghini Collaborate On New Power Sports Car

Milan, Italy (CNS) - Italian fashion house Versace and luxury sports car Lamborghini have announced the launch of the new limited edition made to order sports car and its exclusive accessories collection.

The new Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 Roadster Versace edition was unveiled by the two power companies during the Milan Men's Fashion Week on Monday.

The new vehicle would allow individual clients to personalize the sports car. They would choose the equipment specification, the color of the exterior body, and the interior fittings.

The transparent hood of this fashionable sports car is designed to reveal the powerful V-12 engine. The Versace Greek key motif is found on the lower part of the door and the cradle seats are in black and white leather.

The accessories - which include trolley bag, suit carrier, sports bag, suitcase, driving shoes, belt, wallet, key ring, beauty case, hat, and a pair of jeans among others - would be exclusively available at the fashion house's boutiques and the luxury car's showrooms starting in November. They boast of carrying both the Versace and Lamborghini logos.

The two Italian companies have been collaborators since 2006.
