New York, NY (CNS) - Shock jock Don Imus has shocked once again. The DJ has raised some eyebrows after he apparently stereotyped NFL star Adam "Pacman" Jones for his numerous legal troubles.

During his radio show "Imus In The Morning," the 67-year-old host wondered out loud about Jones' race after hearing all his legal troubles, saying "What color is he?"

When he was told that Jones is African-American, he said, "Well, there you go."

That didn't please civil rights activist Al Sharpton. He immediately released a statement saying that they will decide on whether to file formal complaint against Imus.

The statement reads, "It has been reported to me that statements were made by Mr. Imus this morning and National Action Network has monitored his show since his return. I find the inference of his remark disturbing because it plays into stereotypes. Any use of stereotypes is always counterproductive. We will determine in the next day or so whether or not his remark warrants direct action on our part as we did in April of last year."

The direct action he was referring to is when Imus described the Rutgers women's basketball team as "nappy-headed hos."
