June 27, 2008 4:23 p.m. EST Jan Westmark - Celebrity News Service Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - The Discovery Channel will air it's 21st annual "Shark Week" this summer. Shark-themed shows will run from July 27 to August 2. Discovery will focus on lesser-known sharks this year, address shark myths and educate the public on shark conservation. The week kicks off with the two-hour premiere of "MythBusters: Shark Special." Hosts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman get in the spirit and build a 16-foot-long robo-shark. "Surviving Sharks" is a must see for anyone who thinks they will be swimming in shark infested waters. The show premieres Monday, July 28, and "Survivorman's" Les Stroud hosts the show about how best to play it safe in the water. He also tests popular theories of how to survive shark encounters. Other shows during the week include "The Dirty Jobs: Shark Special," "How Not To Become Shark Bait" and "Mysteries of the Shark Coast."
