Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Britney Spears was given the green signal to sell her Summit home to the highest bidder and replace it with a "more appropriate" one for her kids, a court document reveals.
On June 17, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz has approved the court papers filed by the "Toxic" singer's conservators. He gave permission for Spears to sell her home and look for a "lower density, more quiet, and less trafficked neighborhood, that is also more accessible to parks and recreation areas" for her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Dad Jamie Spears, her temporary conservator, believes that a replacement home "with a larger backyard" would be more appropriate for the little tots.
The recovering pop star has been looking positive in the eyes of the court nowadays. She recently acquired an overnight visitation right with her boys. Just this past weekend, she was able to spend sleepover with them.
Her next custody trial with ex husband Kevin Federline is due in court on August 25.
