July 3, 2008 11:23 p.m. EST Jan Westmark - Celebrity News Service New York, NY (CNS) - The Sci Fi Channel has announced part of its fall plans, which includes the hit show "Lost" kicking off its off-network run. The show about the mysterious island will start Monday, September 15 and a block of four episodes will air at 7/6c every Monday. According to The Futon Critic, "Ghost Hunters" and "Destination Truth" will return with new episodes on Wednesday, September 3. They'll take over for "Ghost Hunters International" and "Scare Tactics" which wrap their summer runs on August 20 and August 13, respectively. "Eureka" will broadcast its mid-season finale on Tuesday, September 23 at 9/8c. The following week on September 30, "ECW" will slide into the 9/8c slot followed by the fall premiere of "Scare Tactics" at 10/9c. As for "Eureka," the remainder of its third season (13 episodes) will air sometime in 2009. "Stargate Atlantis" will wrap the front half of its fifth season on Friday, September 26 at 10/9c. Newcomer "Sanctuary" launches the following Friday on October 3 with a special two-hour premiere.
