Rapper Eminem Being Sued For Bathroom Brawl

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Rapper Eminem is being sued for a bathroom brawl.

A lawsuit has been filed against the Oscar and Grammy-winning musician for an alleged incident that took place in a bathroom at a Detroit strip club two years ago.

The man filing the suit, Miad Jarbou, says Eminem punched him on July 13, 2006 at Cheetah's On the Strip Gentlemen's Club. No charges were filed at the time against Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III.

Jarbou is seeking more than $25,000 in damages.
