Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Are you ready for another pair of Manolos? HBO has announced that it is making a follow up to the recent hit film "Sex and the City."
Head of HBO programming on west coast, Michael Lombardo, said on Thursday, "There is enormous interest by Warner Brothers Newline to do another "Sex and the City," and I think, in fact, they're trying with our help to put that together now."
"When that happens, how long it will be, I can't say. I think everybody associated with that project was really heartened by, the enthusiasm from the fans of the show."
Just like the first film, Sarah Jessica Parker will produce the planned sequel. "Sex and the City: The Movie" grossed over $136 million in domestic sales and $171 million in worldwide sales.
