"Army Wives" Signs On For Season Three

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Lifetime channel's "Army Wives" has been renewed for the third season, the network announced Friday.
The show follows the lives of four army wives, and "army husband," and their families. Its third season is scheduled for premiere in 2009.
President and CEO of Lifetime Andrea Wong says, "Since premiering last year, 'Army Wives' has become a game-changer for Lifetime. Announcing this early renewal is a testament to the enormous faith and confidence we have in this show and its incredibly talented cast and production team."
The show stars Kim Delaney, Sally Pressman, Sterling K. Brown, Catherin Bell, Brigid Brannagh and Wendy Davis.
