E! Picks Up Third Season Of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians"

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - The Kardashians are keeping up for the third time. E! channel has picked up a third season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

The series, which stars Kim Kardashian and her family, will have its new season premiere in January 2009.

Their second season averaged more than 1.6 million viewers, a 36% climb from the previous season. The show is a joint venture of Bunim-Murray Productions and Ryan Seacrest Productions.

Meanwhile, member Khloe Kardashian is expected to enter jail on or before July 18 for probation violation stemming from her DUI case last year.
