Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Emo rock band My Chemical Romance is set to cover a classic Bob Dylan song for the upcoming comic book-based film "Watchmen," director Zack Snyder reveals.

Speaking to MTV News, Snyder says that he's trying to incorporate a fresh version of a Dylan classic to the film's end credits. The song will be the only modern song in the movies soundtrack, as the list would compose of 60s, 70s, and 80s songs.

He says, "[Frontman Gerard Way] is a super-great guy, and an awesome musician, and so we're trying to work with them right now to put together possibly a song for the end titles. [They'll perform] like a cover of 'Desolation Row,' or something like that."

"Watchmen" is set to be released on March 6, 2009 and will star Patrick Wilson, Billy Crudup and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
