July 25, 2008 2:53 p.m. EST Jan Westmark - Celebrity News Service New York, NY (CNS) - Former "James Bond" star Sean Connery has a long-running feud with his New York neighbor that has often made headlines. The police were called to the property again on Friday, landing the actor back in the news. The veteran 007 star, who also starred in an "Indian Jones" movie, has been locked in a legal battle with Dr. Burton Sultan regarding repair work carried out on the upper east side property. Sultan claims the work is of substandard quality. The latest argument stems from alleged pieces of scaffolding which, according to Sultan, have been left in his backyard by builders working on Connery's home, which is spread over the top two floors of the townhouse. According to website TMZ.com, Sultan called the cops to make a complaint about the mess on Friday, but when officers arrived to answer the call Sultan was not at home. The site claims Sultan intends to dial 911 again in an attempt to get Connery to remove the 20-odd pieces of scaffolding.
