July 30, 2008 3:32 p.m. EST Matthew Harvey - AHN Sports Reporter Albany, NY (AHN) -- 'Working hard or hardly working' isn't a question the Giants need to ask. Their training sessions have now put their entire top receiving corps on the bench - Plaxico Burress, Steve Smith and Amani Toomer have all been taken out due to injuries. Burress was the first out this week, complaining of a problem with his right ankle. The injury was was closely scrutinized at first, as it was believed the withdrawal from practice could have been over a contract negotiation that was slow to finish. Toomer complained specifically of swelling in his left leg. Last year, he caught for 760 yards with 59 receptions, and got to play in every game. Lastly, Smith complained of general soreness. Smith was drafted in 2007, 19th overall, and has so far played in five games, making eight receptions for 63 yards.
