New York, NY (AHN) - Delta Air Lines Tuesday unveiled plans to offer in-flight Wi-Fi service on domestic flights in 2009. The service would start at $9.95 for a three-hour flight.

For domestic flights of more than three hours, the airline would charge $12.95 for Wi-Fi service.

Aircell will install the Wi-Fi service on Delta's 330 domestic flights, beginning with the airline's MD88/90 jets and then the company's fleet of 200 Boeing aircraft within the first six months of next year.

Delta said it currently has no plans to offer Wi-Fi service on international flights.
