In the lawsuit filed Friday, the 60-year-old Oscar winner claims he loaned his relatives the money in good faith 24 years ago to help them get out of trouble concerning an office building in Los Angeles. He hasn't received payment ever since. He alleges that his uncle, Gilbert Dreyfus, repetitively refused to show his financial records. Also, his uncle and father, Norman Dreyfuss, acted with "fraud" and "malice." He wants the money back with interest and punitive damages.
