Tom Jones, Cher, Gladys Night, Sheryl Crow This Week In Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV (CNS) - Three of music's best, Tom Jones, Cher, and Gladys Knight headline Las Vegas' entertainment scene for this week.

For two nights, Tom Jones will be at the MGM Grand Hollywood Theater on the 19th and 20th, while Cher will be at the Caesars Palace on the 19th, 20th, 23rd, and 24th. Soul siren Gladys Knight will also be in the city for a 3-night show this week. She will be at the Orleans Showroom on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th.

Sheryl Crow will be on stage at Planet Hollywood on Friday, August 22. Acoustic rocker James Blunt will be joining her for her show stop in the city.

While no particular event for the gay and lesbian community is set for the week, there are still plenty of clubs to go to at night to meet new people. Piranha nightclub will have a free liquor bust from 11p.m. to 3 a.m. on their Hot Mess Monday's and on their La Noche Tuesdays, patrons will be treated to a performance by Las Sirenas with Monique, Anastasia and Yvette starting at 2 a.m.
