Christian Siriano To Launch New Clothing Line For Pregnant Mothers

New York, NY (CNS) - "Project Runway" season 4 champ Christian Siriano is launching a maternity collection for fierce mamas.

The 22-year-old designer has teamed up with Marta Abrams and Elise Rosemarin, founders of maternity clothes store Moody Mamas, to create a new line of clothing for expectant mothers.

Using his popular catchphrase, the new collection is called Fierce for Moody Mamas by Christian Siriano. The full line will go up for sale in spring 2009.

According to nymag.com, Siriano signed on with the store because he thought it was great for a gay man to partner with two women who never had a baby before to do maternity clothes.
