Makeup Artist To Movie Stars Paul Starr Found Dead

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Paul Starr, a makeup artist famous among the stars, was found dead in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Starr had worked with Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Garner and Jessica Alba.

According to Women's Wear Daily, Starr was found dead inside his apartment and the cause of his death is still unknown.

The fashion industry paper said friends hadn't heard from Starr in several days.

The makeup artist worked extensively in the film and fashion industries, including collaborating with Jean Paul Gaultier and Dolce & Gabbana.

In 2005, he released the book Paul Starr on Beauty: Conversations with Thirty Celebrated Women, which included testimonials from Jolie and Garner.
