Friday Night Primetime Shows Includes Disney Movie "The Cheetah Girls One World"

West Palm Beach, FL (CNS) - Disney is rolling out another Cheetah girl movie Friday night, this one called "The Cheetah Girls One World." In this song-filled sequel, the girls travel to India to star in a Bollywood movie. Adrienne Bailon, Sabrina Bryan and Kiely Williams all reprise their roles.
Over on CMT, rock stars and other contestants on "Gone Country" will try to cultivate a country image during a photo shoot as they battle it out to become the next country star.
"Discovery's Planet Project" on Discovery will premiere Friday night, as eight scientists try to put into practice ambitious solutions to climate change, global warming and other hot-button topics.
A list of primetime Friday night shows, according to Celebrity News Service, is as follows (All times listed as Eastern Standard Time):
Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx star in the movie "Collateral" at 8 p.m. on ABC.
CBS will air an "NFL Football" exhibition game starting at 8 p.m.
NBC will air more Olympic coverage from Beijing starting at 8 p.m.
MyNetworkTV will air "Jaws: The Revenge" starting at 8 p.m.
Animal Planet will air a new "Meerkat Manor" at 8:30 p.m.
"Gone Country" will air at 8 p.m. on CMT.
Discovery will air "Discovery's Planet Project" at 9 p.m.
Disney's original movie "The Cheetah Girls One World" will begin at 8 p.m.
History will air a new "Shockwave" starting at 10 p.m.
Sci Fi has a new episode of "Stargate Atlantis" beginning at 10 p.m.
A new episode of "Monk" will air at 9 p.m. on USA.
