Windsor Genova - AHN News Writer Washington, D.C. (AHN) - U.S. forces in Iraq will soon transfer control and security of the largest Iraqi province to local forces. The transfer of security control on Anbar had been scheduled in June but a severe sandstorm postponed the turnover. The next turnover date was also postponed because of a suicide bomb attack.
