Matt Aug - AHN Sports Editor London, England (AHN) - James Milner's successful penalty kick and Gabriel Agbonlahor's second half tally lifted England over Portugal 2-0 in Friday's UEFA European U21 Championship Group 3 Qualifier. The neat victory ensured England three points and a place in next month's playoffs. A nice run by the fleet Fabrice Muamba forced a Portugal defender to pull him down, setting up Milner's opportunity. Milner did not flinch, but got goalie Rui Patricio to, deposting a shot into the bottom left corner of the goal. Agbonlahor's goal came when a defender let off him and he successfully pulled the trigger for an insurance goal.
