Pit Bulls Attack And Kill Four-Month-Old Baby Girl In North Las

Las Vegas, NV (AHN) - Two pit bulls mauled and killed a four-month-old baby girl inside a home in North Las Vegas on Friday.

Police responded to the emergency call at 11:30 a.m. at the house in Eagle View Way had to kill the two dogs, who also injured a babysitting grandmother when she tried to save the baby from the family pets.

The grandmother was alone in the house as the baby's parents were out working when the dogs got inside the house and attack happened.

Police are investigating what drove the pit bulls to attack the baby but no charges are expected to be filed. The names of the victims and family members nave not yet been released
