October 2, 2008 10:04 a.m. EST Linda Young - AHN Editor Yucaipa, CA (AHN) - A moderate 4.1 magnitude earthquake struck California's San Bernardino County near Yucaipa early Thursday morning, but no injuries or damages were immediately reported. The quake struck at about 2:40 a.m. local time, six miles northeast of Yucaipa and 20 miles east of San Bernardino, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Residents of several desert cities reportedly felt the quake. According to reports, some people called in to a local television station to say they had been awakened by the quake.
