October 14, 2008 11:04 a.m. EST Anne Lu - Celebrity News Service News Writer Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Britney Spears is in full comeback motion. The controversial star has signed a deal with tour promoter AEG Live to produce her new stage show. Following the success of the release of her new single "Womanizer," the 26-year-old entertainer is set to return on the road and on stage with her upcoming album Circus. Her last comeback attempt when she released her 2007 LP, Blackout, didn't generate much buzz, save for few video appearances. But this time, Spears is determined for a true return and reclaim her "pop princess" title. An unnamed source for E! news failed to mention when the official announcement would be made, but Spears is apparently hoping for a world tour in 2009. AEG is the same company behind the super successful comeback tour of Spice Girls, Bon Jovi, and Justin Timberlake.
