Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - Former "Monster Garage" host Jesse James is being sued for fraud by a California-based fashion firm.

James, who is married to "Miss Congeniality" star Sandra Bullock, allegedly pulled out of a clothing deal with Fortune Fashion Industries LLC at the last minute. The deal would have seen a collaborative line of garments, named America's Brand, sold through Wal-Mart.

However, in a lawsuit filed by Fortune Fashion in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, James decided to forego the deal, rename the fashion line to Jesse James Industrial Workwear, and launch it directly with Wal-Mart, according to TMZ.

Fortune also claims that the motorcycle firm West Coast Choppers, Inc. owner stole one of their key employees to work on his clothing line.

They are seeking damages "equal to 50 percent of James' or his related entities' past and future net profit" from his Wal-Mart projects.
