Kareem Shaker - AHN Sports Reporter Detroit. MI (AHN) - The Detroit Lions will start Daunte Culpepper at quarterback when they play the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday. Culpepper came out of retirement to sign a two-year contract with the Lions November 1. The 31-year old will be filling in for the injured Dan Orlovsky, who has thrown five touchdown and four interceptions with 76.7 QB rating in seven losses for the Lions this season. Culpepper has a lifetime 89.9 rating and seven years of NFL experience as a quarterback who can move in the pocket and deliver accurate passes. The Lions are yet to win a game this year, but look to Culpepper to bounce back from disappointing stints with the Dolphins and Raiders and counter the team's misfortunes.
